1-Year Manufacturer Defect Warranty

If your leash experiences a manufacturer defect within one year of purchase, we’ve got you covered.

• We will ship you a replacement leash at no charge.
• You will need to send the faulty unit back to us in the same box so we can analyze what went wrong.
• We will cover all shipping costs for both the replacement and the return of the defective leash.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your leash, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

• The leash must be returned in new condition to qualify for a refund.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund of $99.
• You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
